Mr. Nachiket Landge
President
Mr. Nachiket Landge adds depth with his spiritual grounding, financial wisdom, and a strong ethical compass. His ability to identify opportunities with responsibility has guided many of our successful land acquisitions and investor relationships.
Raised in a spiritually grounded household inspired by Sant Tukaram and Sant Dnyaneshwar, Nachiket inherited more than land—he inherited values. From a young age, he saw how land, when used ethically, could uplift families, communities, and cities.
With a firm grip on financial strategy and community vision, Nachiket brought a calm, calculated, and compassionate energy to the business. While others saw land as a transaction, he saw it as a responsibility.

With a solid foundation as a Bachelor’s degree holder, Shriram has built a distinguished career as a prominent Real Estate Developer and a trusted Government Procurement Contractor.

Pramod’s contribution to the Trust is defined by two core pillars:

Anand Ighe Treasurer of Punya Bhoomi Pratishthan doesn’t just count the money; they ensure the trust stays solvent and follows its mission.
Budgeting: Leading the creation of the annual budget and ensuring the trust operates within its means.
Financial Reporting: Preparing regular statements (Income Statement, Balance Sheet) to explain to the other trustees where the money is coming from and where it’s going.
Investment Management: Working with Punya Bhoomi Pratishthan advisors to ensure the trust’s assets are invested according to the “Prudent Investor Rule.”
